The Service
RubyNexPay provides software that lets merchants accept, track and move cryptocurrency payments. Using the site or the API means you accept these terms.
Your Account
You keep your project secret safe and are responsible for requests made with it. Rotate it at once if you think it was exposed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RubyNexPay for activity that is illegal where you or your customers are, including money laundering, fraud or sanctioned parties. You are responsible for the licences your business needs.
Payments and Fees
RubyNexPay charges 0% processing fees. Blockchain network fees apply to moving funds. Payments are final once confirmed on-chain; amounts sent to a wrong address or network may not be recoverable.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Blockchain networks are run by third parties and may be slow or unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RubyNexPay is not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by blockchain networks, your systems or your customers.
